As part of our topic, 'Pirates', the children have been learning some of the phrases that you might hear on a Pirate Ship. Since we have done so well to get our Golden Time, we wanted to experience life on a ship. Little did the we know, it would be fast paced and hard work! We had lots of fun though. We had to man the lifeboats, scrub the decks, go to the port, hit the deck, and also check the man overboard!
